At MnivoTech, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and securely as possible across South Africa.

Processing Times

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery Rates & Standard Shipping Times

We ship nationwide using trusted local door-to-door courier services.

• Standard Shipping: R99 flat rate nationwide.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 5 business days depending on your location (main centers such as Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, and Durban typically arrive in 2–3 business days; outer/regional areas may take 3–5 business days).

• Free Shipping: Standard shipping is free on orders over R1,000.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking link you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

PO Box Delivery

Please note that our courier partners require a physical street address for door-to-door delivery. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
